We offer one day free escorted property viewing for clients when visiting Bulgaria. If further time is required, to cover the costs of escorted inspection trips, we charge €50 per day which is refundable when you purchase a property through Homefinders Bulgaria.
There is also a fuel charge of €1 per 5km, which is non refundable. In the event that you hire a car and our representative travels with you, the fuel charge will not apply.
